Kylie Hope's First Christmas

Kylie's first Christmas was perfect! We started off on Christmas Eve morning at Jeff's mom's house with a delicious breakfast. We exchanged gifts and enjoyed each other's company. We then headed up to my family's Christmas Eve celebration. Kylie got to meet lots of my cousins and aunts and uncles. We then headed to my parents where we stayed until Sunday. Kylie gave us a wonderful present..sleeping for seven straight hours! Christmas day could not have been better. We enjoyed every moment of it! The weekend was filled with family time..playing games, laughing, talking and best of all letting Kylie spend time with her granparents and aunts and uncles. She was full of smiles and coos. A Christmas Jeff and I will never forget. Watching Kylie Hope and being with family reminds us of how blessed we are. Thanks to everyone for helping to make it so special.

A fun and busy week!

Kylie had a fun week. On Saturday my good freinds Kim and Megan came down to visit. They brought Kylie her first Christmas present! We had such a nice time...thanks! On Sunday Grandma and Grandpa came down to stay with Kylie so Jeff and I could go Christmas shopping. This was such a big help. Kylie wore her special shirt Grandma had made for her. oops I forgot to snap many pictures while they were here. We love your visits! On Tuesday my freind Katie and her sweet little girl Elysia came over to "play". They are letting Kylie borrow her adorable reindeer shoes and hat. Elysia loved to feed Bailey her crackers (of course Bailey didn't object!). Kylie was good all afternoon. She loves her new freind and can't wait until she can play again!

Kylie turns two months!

Kylie Hope turned two months this week on December 10th. We took her for her two month check up today and the doctor said she is doing great! She weighed in at 10.2 pounds and was 22 3/4 inches long. She also had her first shots. Kylie is smiling all the time and making lots of fun cooing sounds. She has become very interested in her hands and is trying to figure out the most comfortable way to suck her thumb. (Sometimes it's her entire fist in her mouth!)Kylie loves to kick her legs! She also seems to enjoy looking at our Christmas tree lights! We are enjoying the holiday season and look forward to a very memorable first Christmas for Kylie.

Kylie's First Thanksgiving

What a wonderful Thanksgiving we had this year! We have so much to be thankful for and we want our family and freinds to know how much we love them. We celebrated Marcum Thanksgiving the Saturday before and had a nice time. Cousin Matt held me and did a great job! Then we took our first big trip to Grandma and Granpa's and had so much fun. They had Kylie's room all ready for her! They spoiled her rotten (along with her aunts and uncles) all weekend. We so enjoyed having the time to spend with everyone and to show Kylie Hope off. Thanks to everyone for making Kylie's First Thanksgiving so memorable!
