Fall is here....

Fall has arrived! I am not sure where the last month has gone but I am ready for the nice Fall weather. It's almost October which means our sweet girl is getting ready to turn two! Kylie has been very into her painting lately. She loves to paint and then display her work. She is also gotten into the Clifford books. She loves to "read" them to her babies or her Minnies! She is full of spunk and energy! Hope to have a bigger update soon. Happy Fall to everyone!

Busy days!

Now that school is back in session I have not been very good at posting new updates. SO I thought I would upload a few pics from the last couple of weeks. Kylie has been busy, busy, busy! She has adjusted much better to being back on a"work" schedule then I have done! She loves her friends! We have also gotten to spend some time with family. Life is busy these days but so much fun!

Goodbye summer break......

The summer (break) has come to close and it is back to work tomorrow. I feel so thankful for the wonderful summer we have had. Here are some of the highlights: welcoming Natalie into the world, taking Kylie on her first beach trip, several visits to the zoo, lots of trips to visit Grandma & Pop, lazy days at home, playdates, pool time, golf outing, the list could go on and on! We seem to stay outside at night until dark (which means Kylie is way off schedule) but what fun we have had! Our little girl is a ball of energy, independent and oh so much fun! What a summer!

Summer Fun

Summer is flying by too fast! We spent some time at Grandma and Pop's recently and had so much fun! We got to spend lots of time with cousin Natalie. Aunt Jaime let Kylie hold Natalie and the look on Kylie's face was priceless! Kylie also decided she needed to check out baby Natalie's toys and act like a baby herself! We went swimming with Jaime, Nick and Grandma and got to spend some fun time with Aunt Jill too! Kylie loves Grandma and Pop's pond and the turtle that lives on the rock. We ended our visit with a trip to the zoo. I love summer and all the time home with my sweet Kylie!

Our beach vacation!

We had a WONDERFUL vacation! Kylie went to the beach for the first time! SHe LOVED the sand, shells, "kiddie" pool and the lazy river! She liked watching the waves but wanted no part of going into the ocean - maybe next time! We were so glad her Grandma and Pop were with us to experience all the fun moments we had with Kylie! Thanks Mom and Dad! We have so many precious memories! Her are just some of the many pictures we took!

Kylie meets baby Natalie

Kylie and I took a trip to Cincy to spend some time with her grandparents and meet her new cousin Natalie. She tocuhed Natalie's hand and looked at her for a little while but I don't think Kylie really knows what to think quite yet! Jaime, Nick and Natalie seem to be adjusting well. The bigger highlight (for Kylie anyway) was taking a trip to the zoo and looking at the "orange fish" in Grandma and Pop's pond. She also enjoyed their dog Lexie. We had a good visit with her great grandparents too! Unfortunately, my battery died on my camera and I didn't have my charger. So just a few pics of Kylie and Natalie and one of Ky reading just b/c I thought it was cute!

Introducing Natalie Paige!

My sister Jaime and her husband Nick welcomed their first child into the world on June 2, 2010. Natalie Paige was born at 4:59 p.m. and weighed in at 7lbs 1.9oz and 20 inches long. She is healthy and beautiful! We are thrilled to have this new edition to the family! Kylie and Natalie will have so much fun growing up together! Congratulations Nick and Jaime!!!!!
